Y Ffordd Dawel?

Mae bod yn Grynwr yn ffordd o fyw.  Gall bawb ei wneud.

Clywn pump o Grynwr yn trafod agweddau o’u bywydau sy’n dangos sut maent yn byw eu ffydd o ddydd i ddydd.   Mae Crynwyr yn credu bod egin o Dduw ym mhob unigolyn, ac felly, mewn cydraddoldeb.  Gweithio dros heddwch yn Israel / Palestina a wna Jane Harries, gweithio’n wirfoddol dros gyfiawnder a chyfartaledd gwnaiff Simon Woodward ac mae Frances Voelcker yn ceisio byw gan ddefnyddio dim ond rhan deg o adnoddau’r byd.  Sôn am yr ysbrydol a’r cwrdd addoli a wna Dafydd Jones a Catherine James – y paratoi, y tawelwch, y llonyddwch, gweddi a gweinidogaethu dan arweiniad yr Ysbryd.

Being a Quaker is a way of life.  Everyone can do it.

Five Quakers talk about aspects of their lives which show living their faith in the everyday.  Quakers believe in that of God in all people, and therefore in equality. Jane Harries speaks of working for peace in Israel / Palestine, Simon Woodward of his voluntary work for justice and equality, Frances Voelcker of trying to live using only a fair share of the earth’s resources.  Dafydd Jones and Catherine James talk about the spiritual and the meeting for worship – the preparation, the silence, the stillness and prayer and ministry in meeting under the guidance of the Spirit.
